1. Tell what is happening in the picture. The man is being arrested by police officers.
2. What is going on in America at that time. Desegregation movement to give all equal rights.
3. What do the peoples faces reflect. They want the same rights as regular white Americans.
4. Give an example of how this might happen today. An Asian American may walk into a bar that is completely against Asian Americans.

The way that I see it is that it seems to be working well if they haven't changed it yet. The way that it has been is that if they want to serve it then they must accept what the rules say. So far the judges have served for life and this has been on their own decisions. All I can say is that if they want the job then they get what has been going on for the hundreds of years that it has been there.
